Pet Policy

At Arden at Matthews, we are proud to be pet-friendly. We love furry family members and treat them like family! We have a myriad of pet amenities to make them feel right at home, and we have pet waste stations placed throughout our community to keep our grounds as clean and welcoming as possible. From our Fetching Friends leash-free park, to our Bark in Style pet spa, your pets will love their new life at Arden at Matthews.

We require a one-time pet fee of $350 for the first pet and an additional $150 for the second pet. Pet rent is $25 per pet per month. Breed restrictions and weight limits apply, so please contact our team for full details on our pet policy.
