With a career spanning from concierge services to high-level property management, Brooke has developed a reputation for being detail-oriented, organized, and exceptionally reliable. She is our dedicated Community Manager leading operations for Arden at Matthews, our brand-new active adult community. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the community and fostering a welcoming environment for residents. With a background in managing various residential properties, including a 273-unit mid-rise community, Brooke excels in coordinating maintenance, handling financial reports, and communicating with residents and staff. She previously earned the Assistant Manager of the Year award at Bainbridge Companies for her exceptional performance as an Assistant Community Manager. Brooke started her career as a Leasing Agent and has also worked in concierge services, giving her a well-rounded perspective on property management. She holds an Associate of Arts from Central Piedmont Community College. In her free time, Brooke enjoys cooking and taking bike rides with her husband at the Matthews Greenway.
